Introduction *

General Provisions

тивных систем менеджмента качества: ISO 9000 family of standards listed below have been developed to help organizations of all types and sizes to implement and maintain an effective quality management systems tive:

- ISO 9000-2001 describes fundamentals of quality management systems and establishes the terminology for quality management systems;

дукцию, отвечающую требованиям потребителей и установленным к ней обязательным требованиям, и направлен на повышение удовлетворенности потребителей; - ISO 9001-2001 specifies requirements for quality management systems for those cases where the organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide pro ucts that meets customer and set it to the mandatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction;

- ISO 9004-2001 provides guidelines that consider both the effectiveness and the efficiency of quality management system. The purpose of this standard is to improve the organization and satisfaction of customers and other stakeholders;

- ISO 19011 ** provides guidance on audit (inspection), quality management systems and environmental protection.

Together they form a coherent set of standards for quality management system that promotes mutual understanding in national and international trade.

The principles of quality management

For the successful management of the organization and its functioning should be addressed to it and manage systematic and transparent way. постоянного улучшения деятельности с учетом потребностей всех заинтересованных сторон. Success can be achieved by implementing and maintaining a quality management system, designed to continually improve performance to meet the needs of all stakeholders. The eight quality management principles have been identified to the highest leadership stvo could be guided by them in order to improve the organization.

a) Customer focus

Organizations depend on their customers and therefore should understand current and future needs, meet customer requirements and strive to exceed their expectations.

b) Leadership

Leaders establish unity of purpose and direction of the organization. They should create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become fully involved in the organization's objectives.

c) Involvement of people

People at all levels are the essence of an organization and their full involvement enables the possibility NOSTA organization to capitalize on their abilities.

d) Process approach

The desired result is achieved more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process.

e) System approach to management

Identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes as a system contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in achieving its objectives.

e) Continuous improvement

Continual improvement of the organization as a whole should be regarded as its goal mennuyu unknown.

g) Making decisions based on facts

Effective decisions are based on analysis of data and information.

i) Mutually beneficial supplier relationships

The organization and its suppliers are interdependent and mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both to create value.

These eight quality management principles form the basis for standards of quality management system, members of the family of ISO 9000 .
