4.4 Implementation and operation

4.4.1 Resources, responsibilities, accountability and authority

4.4.3 Link

The organization shall determine the order, whether it will inform external parties of their significant environmental aspects, and to document such a decision. In the case of adopting the solution of the communication of such information, the organization must develop and implement a method (s) of external communication.

4.4.4 Documentation

Environmental management system documentation shall include:

a) environmental policy, environmental objectives and targets;

b) description of the scope of the environmental management system;

c) description of the basic elements of environmental management systems and their interactions, as well as
links to relevant documents;

d) documents, including records required by this International Standard;

e) documents, including records, certain organizations as necessary to ensure
effective planning, operation and control of processes related to its significant
GOVERNMENTAL environmental impacts.

4.4.5 Records Management
