4.3 Planning

4.3.1 Environmental aspects

The organization shall develop, implement and maintain a procedure (s) for:

a) identification of environmental aspects of its activities, products or services within a specified
Noah scope of the environmental management system, which it can control
and to which it can influence taking into account planned or new prescriptions, new or modified activities, products or services;

b) identify those aspects that have or may have a substantial (an) impact condition (s) on the environment (ie significant environmental aspects).

The organization should be documented and constantly update this information.

The organization shall ensure that the significant environmental aspects are taken into account when developing, implementing and maintaining its environmental management system.

4.3.2 Legal and other requirements

The organization shall develop, implement and maintain a procedure (s) for:

a) applied to identify the environmental aspects of its legislative and other measures op zation requirements, and access to them;

b) determine how these requirements apply to its environmental aspects.

The organization shall ensure that the above-mentioned applicable legal and other requirements adopted by it into account when developing, implementing and maintaining its environmental management system.

4.3.3 Objectives and targets and environmental performance of the program (s)

The organization shall develop, implement and maintain a documented environmental objectives and targets for performance of units and levels within the organization.

These objectives and targets environmental indicators should be measurable where practicable and consistent environmental policies, including the obligations and pollution prevention, compliance with applicable legal and other requirements adopted by the organization and continuous improvement.


In setting their targets and the analysis and planning of environmental indicators should take into account the organization of legislative and other requirements adopted by it, as well as its significant environmental aspects. In addition, the organization should consider its technological options, its financial cial, operational requirements and business needs, as well as the views of various stakeholders concerned.

The organization shall develop, implement and maintain the program (s) to achieve its objectives and targets. A (s) program (s) has (s) include the following:

a) allocation of responsibility for achieving objectives and targets of environmental indicators
relevant departments and levels within the organization;

b) means to achieve and the dates on which they should be implemented.
