4.2 Environmental policy

Senior management should define the environmental policy of the organization and to ensure that this policy within the specified area of environmental management systems of the organization:

a) appropriate to the nature, scale and environmental impacts of the activities of organizations Organization, its products or services;

b) includes a commitment to continual improvement and prevention of pollution;

c) includes a commitment to comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements adopted by the Organization related to its environmental aspects;

d) provided the basis for setting targets and planning of environmental indicators and their
analysis;

e) documented, implement, maintained;

f) brought to the attention of all employees in the organization or on its behalf;
g) available to the public
